We stand behind our products

Our products are Designed in Stockholm and Made in Provence by some of the most talented people in the beauty industry. We stand behind every product we sell!

If you are not satisfied with a product you bought from us or from one of our retail partners, then please return it to us, within 30 days of purchase, for a replacement or refund. Please include a short message saying what it was you didn’t like so that we can try to improve that for the future. Thanks!


It drives us crazy when we shop online and our order shows up wrapped in plastic or surrounded by impossible to recycle materials. We don’t do any of that. Instead we package our products in recycled and recyclable cardboard boxes and only use plastic free filling material that can easily be recycled.


We aim to process and ship orders within one to two business days after valid payment. In order to make the delivery as smooth as possible for you, we share your contact details with our shipping partners, so that, if needed, they can contact you to set up a delivery time.

We offer standard and expedited shipping, but unless you are running seriously low on hair and beauty supply, we kindly ask that you do the planet a favour and go for standard shipping.

We currently ship to EU, Norway and Switzerland. More countries will be added soon. As we never test on animals and are firmly against animal cruelty, we do not ship to countries which require that beauty products have been tested on animals.

Please note that we cannot deliver to BFPO or PO addresses.

Taxes, disbursement fees and custom duties

Please note that customers in Norway are responsible for paying any national VAT, disbursement fees and custom duties to delivery carrier upon receipt of the goods.
