Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
Additional European countries will be added progressively. Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or peak periods.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
Duties, taxes and customs
For orders shipped within the Netherlands, applicable taxes are included at checkout.
For future international shipments, duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional shipping cost.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us at hello@beautydisrupted.com as soon as possible.
We will assess the issue and work with the carrier to find a suitable solution.
