Honestly? I bought the dish first. The solids came with it, almost as an afterthought. Now, they are non-negotiable.
I came to Beauty Disrupted for the bathroom, not the hair. I wanted to get rid of the plastic clutter — the bottles, the caps, the chaos — and replace it with something that actually looked good on a shelf.
Never tried a solid shampoo before. My hair is not easy. I've spent years in professional salons, buying exclusively salon-grade products, treating it with hyaluronic acid, and still — the moment it's wet, it's war. Frizz, volume, the kind of hair that needs to be tamed with a brush and a blowdryer before it becomes anything close to manageable. I had zero expectations for a solid format. I assumed it would simply maintain the status quo, and I was fine with that.
First wash: shock.
My hair was glossy in a way I genuinely hadn't seen since a trip to Japan, where the water is so different it almost felt like a different product entirely. I assumed it was a coincidence. I washed again. And again. By the third or fourth time, I had to accept what I was seeing: my hair had more shine, more structure, and — I don't have a better word for it — more body. Not volume. Structure. Like each strand knew what it was supposed to do.
10/10. I've become the kind of person who explains solid shampoo to strangers. I did not see that coming.
Please don’t go out ofbusiness again! Your products are the best, even if it’s a bit pricey it’s worth it ! So I know everyone gets well paid with good products, not only for the hair and body but also the care for the environment!!! Very important
