Refund policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Approved returns must be sent to the address provided in the return instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products, 
  • Gift cards, 
  • Sale items

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Right of withdrawal (Cooling-off period)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
To qualify for a withdrawal refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
